PRINTING PICTURES/DOCUMENTS FROM THIS WEB SITE
These instructions are for printing pictures and documents displayed on this web site; and, are based on using Windows XP as your operating system. Other operating systems should work in a similar manner; however, these instructions may need to be modified to accommodate different systems.
1. Go to your PICTURE program. In Windows XP, it is designated as MY PICTURES.
2. Set up a folder to copy the picture/document into; or, determine an existing folder you want to copy the picture/document into.
3. Choose the picture/document you want to print and, using your mouse, right click on the item.
4. A pop up menu will appear. Left click on “Save Picture As…” .
5. The MY PICTURES program will display in a box. Choose the folder you want the picture/document to be saved to and double click on that folder.
6. The name of the folder you chose should appear at the top of the MY PICTURES window that popped up.
7. In the file name at the bottom of the MY PICTURES window, enter the name you want to give the picture/document.
8. Click on the Save button. The picture/document should now be saved into your picture program.
9. Exit the PICTURE program.
10. Re-enter the PICTURE program and you should now be able to select the picture/document you saved and print it off according to your program’s instructions.
